Novae Group plc, formerly known as SVB Syndicates, is based in the award-winning 71 Fenchurch Street building; a structure designed by Richard Rogers and partners.
Following a detailed space audit on all of Novae’s three floors, we introduced a number of archiving solutions, freeing up the necessary space to implement our broader plan of expansion and refurbishment.
The reception was re-modelled and we created an adjacent coffee lounge area for client drop-in meetings. A number of internet stations were also provided.
The atrium space on the 8th floor is a stunning area, housed totally in glass, but the acoustics of the space had rendered it unusable. With the use of curved partitions, we were able to transform the area into a series of informal meeting spaces.
The building now reflects in technological terms a fully modern facility incorporating all conferencing and mobile technologies.
