ICSA
While stunningly situated In the John Nash Terrace, the ICSA headquarters were non-compliant with the latest building regulations. Interiors were old-fashioned and too ‘educational’ and it was felt that the new design should further reflect a corresponding shift within the ICSA culture.
In practical terms, this meant a refurbishment of the ground and first floors, toilets, common areas, meeting rooms, council chambers, reception and stairwell.
It was a total refurbishment requiring sympathy for the building’s regency style, while undergoing a total modernisation. The programme included the installation of air conditioning to the meeting rooms, and cutting edge training and events facilities throughout.
With a new spirit evoked by the newly refurbished building, we were also tasked with creating branding collateral and a new website for ICSA's meeting and conferencing facility, 16 Park Crescent.
Lettings are already up substantially in the first quarter.
