Creating a new parking space for Hyundai
The Hyundai product brand has changed; it now holds greater respect in the mind of the buyer. Hyundai's European dealerships need to reposition their customer experience alongside the improved brand.
Brief: Hyundai's global marketing team want a consistent European showroom environment. It needs to match the quality of their cars that are taking a greater market share. It is important to win over the European dealer network to embrace this showroom change programme.
Solution: The ABA team set about creating concepts and environments that reflect the new brand approach. This required creating a balance between product display and customer freedom in the showroom. A specific feature was used to create backdrops for different vehicles in the Hyundai range. This provided a flexible ‘Hero’ place for varying models depending on marketing campaigns.
ABA oversees all brand implementation and interior design. The showroom environment includes: bespoke furniture, point of sale display, reception areas, family zones and informational graphics. We provide a complete showroom guide for the entire 2500 Hyundai dealer network across Europe.
