Having won the competitive tender, we were invited to work with an NHS Hospital Trust to help them with their communication challenges and consider what their key marketing propositions were.

It was an 18-month process of being invited in to join their internal marketing team to ‘get under their skin’. We researched the history and geography of the Trust as well as undertaking considerable comparison studies as to what other NHS Trusts were doing. We worked at board level delivering workshops to identify and consult on the most appropriate way forward. We looked at bringing structure to various forms of communication, differentiating the needs of the various audiences/stakeholders: GP’s, patients, general public, staff, politicians etc.

At the end of 12 months, we began bringing together all the intelligence gained and began creating new and relevant communications.

We hope to show you our work soon as it goes live, until then it’s a bit hush-hush.
