Activa Healthcare has a great reputation; twice awarded Queens Award for innovation and twice in the top 5 of The Times top 100 companies. The challenge was to bring out the warm side of the brand online.

Brief: The client wanted to create a greater user experience. Previous developments had not been user friendly with uncomfortable add-ons and updates. Activa wanted one agency to develop the brand and deliver a robust CMS digital solution.

Solution: Many of the competitors were taking a similar approach, struggling to communicate visually with complex medical terminology. Our approach was different; we wanted to promote the caring side to the Activa brand. ABA worked strategically with the client to help reform the approach from an internal business view to a warmer external customer centric view.

The ABA team continues to work alongside Activa delivering content for the digital presence and with the development of ecommerce strategy.

Our digital design team included an illustrator who brilliantly interpreted different scenarios presenting lighter more approachable attributes to the brand. The digital template was flexible allowing for clear communications on both product and medical conditions. The web development also includes e-learning and e-commerce functionality.
