Nurturing a warmer side to healthcare
Activa Healthcare has a great reputation; twice awarded Queens Award for innovation and twice in the top 5 of The Times Top 100 companies. The challenge was to bring out the warm side of the brand online.
Brief: The client wanted to create a greater user experience by redeveloping their digital offering with customers and practitioners in mind. Activa wanted one agency to evolve the brand, deliver a robust CMS digital solution, and deliver user friendly E-learning.
Solution: Many of Activa's competitors were taking a similar approach, struggling to communicate visually with complex medical terminology. Our approach was different; we wanted to promote the caring side to the Activa brand. ABA worked strategically with the client to help reform the approach from an internal business view to a warmer external customer centric view.
